Specialty Services
Specialty Services are more niche and usually require more time/effort. As such every option in this category requires a special contract and 100% payment upfront, work will not begin if the contract is not signed and the payment is not made.

Disclaimer: The following are very niche services, these are all within the scope of animation, if you're unsure if you need/want these services, then you likely don't need them. If more revisions are required an additional fee will be required work will be temporarily paused until the fees are paid.

• Full-resolution character design references
• Whether it's intended for a 2D or 3D character -- This changes what pose can be used and also how detailed the turnaround drawings can be
• Intended use (Commercial vs. non-commercial)
• BudgetTurnaround time varies based on the scope of the project and how many degrees of rotation are needed.
STORYBOARDSPrice is determined by the script

Includes: 2 revisions, 1 during thumbnail phase, 1 during roughs phase
Add-ons: Each additional revision is a 1.5x modifier to the original price, animatics are an additional 1.5x
modifier

Terms & Conditions
The following only applies to normal services. Specialty Services are niche services and have different processes and negotiations.PAYMENT• All prices are in USD
• The client will be invoiced through PayPal at the provided e-mail
• Payment for Services:
1. 100% of any sketch commission shall be paid upfront
2. 50% of all other commission types shall be paid upfront, upon completion of the sketch phase of the service the rest shall be paid within 72 hours of final work approval
3. Payment must be rendered within 72 hours of the commission being accepted, failure to do so will result in the commission being droppedREFUND POLICY• No refunds are offered except under the rare circumstance where the artist cannot complete the work, depending on the stage of the work a full or partial refund may be offered, if a sketch has been completed and approved the sketch will be sent to the client per the normal delivery method
• Refunds are not offered in the case of a client canceling the order, in the case of a canceled order no work will be sent to the clientPROCESSUpon acceptance of the commission, a contract will be sent for the client whereupon all terms of the commission shall be reviewed and agreed upon before the first payment.Once payment is received work on the sketch will begin and have two phases:
• Rough Sketch – The rough sketch will be submitted for revisions (up to 2 revisions)• Final Sketch – The final sketch will be submitted for final approval, if the work is not approved then the client may negotiate additional revisions for a fee to be determined by the nature of each revision requested, the artist reserves the right to cancel at this time• After approval of the sketch and delivery of the final payment, work will begin on color or rendering• The client may ask for a single small revision on the colored work, the artist reserves the right to reject the revision request depending on the nature of the request, in this case, the rejection shall be explained, and an alternative suggestion may be offered• Failure to respond: if the client fails to respond within 72 hours of any approval requests the commission may be canceled, if extenuating circumstances occur it is the client’s responsibility to notify the artist whereupon the artist reserves the right to make special accommodations or cancel the workNote on response time: if the client takes a long time to respond (i.e. responds near the end of the 72-hour period every time) the timeframe of the commission may change or necessitate a cancelation if it interferes with other workTIME FRAME• Turn-around for each commission is 30-days starting from the day payment has been processed
• In many cases the turn-around time is shorter
• In the case of delays the artist shall contact the client to inform them of a delay before the delivery dateCONTENT POLICY• The artist reserves the right to reject any request for any reason
• Humans, creatures (fantasy or animal), and anthropomorphic characters are generally accepted
• Mecha, cars, etc. are generally not acceptedNSFW policy:Absolutely no NSFW requests will be accepted.What constitutes NSFW in this context:Gore, sexually explicit imagery including but not limited to any emphasis on genital regions/outlines/protrusions/etc., nudity of any kind including artistic nude, depictions of extreme violence or hateful material.
COPYRIGHT POLICYThe artist retains the copyright of all produced artwork. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist.SOCIAL MEDIA POLICYThe client may request any artwork to be embargoed under certain circumstances such as birthday, anniversary, or special event gifts.The client agrees to make any such requests known to the artist before the commission is accepted. The artist reserves the right to reject such a request and shall make the client aware of the rejection before the commission is accepted.The client agrees to credit the artist via tagging the artist wherever applicable when posting the work to social media platforms.Livestreaming: absent any embargo agreement the artist reserves the right to stream their process while working on any commissioned works
